    • All the Latest at Quick Reading Help:  Access the latest posts on the site for your current level of membership.  Guests, check for great articles and teaching ideas and info about new products.  Logged in Minitips and Workshops members can quickly access the latest videos.  Just visit Newest Posts to get in on the action.

  • Reading MiniTips Videos:  Short and highly focused video help to show you just how to teach specific skills to students.  The videos are just about ten minutes long, so efficiency is the name of the game.  You can view a MiniTips Video about teaching phrasing to students right here: Reading MiniTips.  The rest of the growing library can be viewed after you join the MiniTips Membership level for free.  MiniTips video topics include 6 syllable types, summarizing, inferences and teaching sight words.  More are being added every few weeks.
  • Reading Tips Videos:  Each of the MiniTips videos has a longer and more detailed companion video on the same topic that offers more specific teaching tips and ideas as well as a more detailed explanation of why the skill is important and how to help students learn it.  You can watch any of the longer Reading Tips Videos (25-45 minutes each) for a one-time fee of $5 each, or you can join the Workshops level using the link at the bottom of any of the paid videos or by joining the free Minitips level (see above) and using the link on the Minitips Dashboard.  Use these links to get to the Reading Tips Videos: Phrasing, Just Six Syllables and Summarizing.
  • Quick Reading Assessment Kit: Find out more about your student’s strengths and weaknesses so you can focus reading lessons with laser-like precision. The Quick Reading Assessment Kit is perfect for parents, teachers, tutors and anyone working with a struggling reader of any age.  Find out more at Quick Reading Assessment Kit.
